Verify that the email and recipient display name fields are entered correctly. To check this:
  1. Login to NetCommunity
  2. Click on Email > Messages.
  3. Click the message report icon that looks like a graph for the email in question.
  4. Click the Recipients tab.
  5. Ensure that the columns for name and email address are correct.
  • If the names are showing under email address and vice versa, correct and resend the email.

To correct field mapping for an imported list:
  1. Click Email > List > New List
  2. Choose Imported List as the Data Source
  3. Choose the .csv file and enter required information.
  4. Click Next.
  5. On Field Mapping, ensure Email Address and name columns match up.
  6. Click Save.
