A Technical Difficulties page can be triggered during an eCard process by:
  1. Logged in as a different user than the sender email address.
  2. If the eCard does not have a stationery equipped. 
If an eCard stationery is removed from Luminate Online it may cause an eCard to be equipped with no stationery which would cause this error and be unavailable to send.  Select to edit the eCard and go to Step 2 Layout and confirm a stationery is set.  If you have confirmed both options are not causing the Technical Difficulties page please submit a case to Support for investigation.
