How to change Blackbaud Mobile contact

How to update Blackbaud Mobile contact information
When setting up your Blackbaud Mobile details these include the primary / main contact at your organization which is setup via My Account
To change the contact because the existing contact has left or moved to a different role, for example -
  1. Login to Blackbaud Mobile
  2. Click on My Account at the top left of the Dashboard page
  3. Select ACCOUNT DETAILS on left hand menu then expand User Information
  4. Amend the contact details as required and click update details at the bottom to complete this change
