Export results do not download - occurs when using Google Chrome

I'm using Google Chrome.  When I try to download the output from one of my export processes, the download does not work. I click the "download output" button, select either csv or xlsx (I've tried it both ways) and then nothing ever happens after that. I never get a prompt asking me to save the file, or an error message. It just doesn't do anything.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
