How do I link to a file or folder?

Adding a link to a document from third party site
  1. Navigate to the page and/or part you're working with (through Email or Formatted Text and Images Part).
  2. Highlight the text/image you'd like to use as the link in the editor window.
  3. Click the Insert tab
  4. Click the Link button to create a new hyperlink.
  5. Select the "Create other type of link"
  6. Type or paste in the link in the URL field
  7. Click the Insert button. 
  8. Click the Save button.
