A gift I made in Luminate CRM is not syncing up and crediting to the event.
TeamRaiser offline transactions are one of the only gift types that will sync up to Luminate Online. Most likely the cause of transactions not syncing is due to cross references not being set for the TeamRaiser Campaign, donation form, or campaign. Once you confirm if all cross references are set, the transactions would need to be modified in some way to attempt for it to sync across. New gifts will automatically sync, but old donations made before the crosss reference will need to be modified in order for them to move over to Luminate Online normally.
