A gift I made in Luminate CRM is not syncing and crediting to the event.
TeamRaiser transactions are the only gift type that will sync from LCRM to Luminate Online.
To sync a gift from LCRM to LO, it must have a transaction type of TeamRaiser and the credit card type must be set to Credit Card Offline.
Another cause of transactions not syncing is cross references not being set for the TeamRaiser or donation form.
Once you confirm all cross references are set, the transactions will need to be modified in some way for it to sync. New gifts will automatically sync, but old donations made before the cross reference will need to be modified in order for them to move over to Luminate Online normally.
