Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Possible causes and solutions:
1. This is a resource intensive process. If possible, schedule this process to run when no other large processes are running.
2. It is possible the process is being stopped when the application pool recycles. Consider disabling the application pool recycle the night this process is scheduled to run.
3. If there is a significant amount of information being pulled for a large number of donors, consider separating the export into smaller groupings.
