Editing role of committee member does not show correct value for Change_User in database

From CRM we can change the roles for members of a committee. This change should set the Change_User value on the record in the database to the users name that changed it, however it is instead showing the server name.

 Steps to duplicate:
  1. Go to Constituents > Committee Search and search for any committee
  2. Go to Members tab
  3. Click the down arrow next to a committee member and click the Edit Roles button
  4. Click Save (no changes necessary) when the Edit Roles window shows
  5. Run the following query in SSMS
    • SELECT gmr.ID GroupMemberRoleID, gm.ID GroupMemberID, gmr.STARTDATE, gmr.ENDDATE,
      gmrc.DESCRIPTION Role_Description, cm.NAME Constituent_Name, cg.NAME Group_Name, gmr.DATECHANGED, gmr.CHANGEDBYID,
      ca.USERNAME Change_User
      FROM GROUPMEMBERROLE gmr
      JOIN GROUPMEMBER gm ON gmr.GROUPMEMBERID = gm.ID
      JOIN GROUPMEMBERROLECODE gmrc ON gmr.GROUPMEMBERROLECODEID = gmrc.ID
      JOIN CONSTITUENT cm ON gm.MEMBERID = cm.ID
      JOIN CONSTITUENT cg ON gm.GROUPID = cg.ID
      JOIN CHANGEAGENT ca ON gmr.CHANGEDBYID = ca.ID
  6. Notice the the value of the Change_User column for the record that was modified
  7. Using the Edit button instead on step 3 above, you will see when running the above query that the value of Change_User is instead your user name
