1. In Revenue, click Post to General Ledger.
  2. Click on the green downward arrows next to the name of a posting process.  Then click Edit.
  3. Go to the Posting Details tab.
  4. For Revenue, choose Detail.
  5. For Cash, choose Summary by deposit.
  6. For Accounts Receivable, choose Summary
  7. Click Save.
This posting will post all revenue in detail by transaction, so in the reference you will see order number or constituent information.  For cash, the reference will show you the deposit number.  For Accounts Receivable, it will post these monies in summary by post date.  So all money going into Accounts Receivable on the same post date will be lumped together in one line.
