If you want to view the status of these tables/seats, you have a couple options available.

1. You can click the "Table(Room)/Seat Status" link within the Tables (Rooms) and Seating Arrangements screen: 
    
     a. Go to Communities > Special Events > Kintera Gala
     b. Highlight [Gala Event Name], select Event Admin
     c. Within the Tables (Rooms) and Seating Arrangements screen click the "Table(Room)/Seat Status" link

Note: This should show you the remaining seats available per table and the overall Maximum Seats allowed per table.

2. You can follow these steps to run a Report through your Gala Event:

    a. Go to Communities > Special Events > Kintera Gala
    b. Highlight [Gala Event Name], select Reports
    b. From the Run quick report dropdown, select "Misc: Table Seating Summary", click Run Report
    c. Click Next
    d. Mark the appropriate checkboxes for the fields you wish to display in the report, click Finish
    e. Mark the radio button "No - Run the report immediately and wait for it to complete.", click Run Report

Note: This will display all the Tables you created and show the number of seats available along with the Maximum Seats you defined. You can click the Drilldown link to view the details for the individuals that have purchased Seats per table.
