Open Internet Explorer and follow these steps:
  1. Select Tools > Internet Options.
  2. Select the Security Tab.
  3. Select "Internet" zone.
  4. Select Default Level button and select Enable under Scripting, "Active scripting"
If the above steps do not resolve the issue and it only occurs for one specific Windows account on a computer, complete the following steps:
  1. Log in as a Local Administrator.
  2. Recreate the Windows user profile.
