Following these steps until the message has been resolved:

  1. Verify that the emails in the Test emails field do not contain any special characters, such as !#$%^&*'
  2. If there are no characters listed in the field, click into the field and verify that a space has not been typed into the field.
    • Blackbaud NetCommunity will recognize the space as a special character.
    • Remove the space if applicable and send the final message again.
