To edit the text displayed underneath registration type when maximum limit is reached:
  1. Navigate to Communities>Special Events>Kintera Gala
  2. Hover over your Initiative Name and select Website Info
  3. Under Required Items, click Registration Fees
  4. Next to the Registration Type you want to customize, click Edit
  5. In the new window, select the Advanced tab
  6. In the box next to Text to display underneath registration type when maximum limit is reached edit the default text to customize
  7. Click Save
  8. Repeat for remaining Registration Types
  9. Navigate back to the Webinfo Checklist in the breadcrumb and click the green Publish This Event Now button
