The Relationship widget is grayed out on some contact records. Why does it work on some but not others?
For the Relationship widget to function properly, Relationship Types must be filled in on each relationship. The most common mistake is missing these fields while populating relationships during a data upload. Once the Relationship Types are filled in, the widget will work. One relationship with missing data will prevent the entire widget from working properly.
