When clicking on The Data Health Center and checking for the Data Health Scorecard, some users may see that the card is currently unavailable.
If you are newly implemented to the Blackbaud Hosting, or still in the implementation phase to move to Blackbaud Hosting, there will not be a Data Health Scorecard available to you. Newly implemented clients to hosting will have a Data Health Scorecard automatically updated on a quarterly basis.
Scorecards have been rolled out to all Hosted clients at this time, continue to check back in The Data Health Center for your Score Card as they are released on a quarterly basis.
