1. Click the Management tab in the menu bar
  2. Click DIY Forms under Manage Your Online Presence
  3. Click the blue Edit button next to the page you would like to check
  4. Click the Settings button in the top left
About half-way down the page, if the Send the donor a confirmation email? box is checked, you can see the template being used in the Confirmation Email Template drop down. It will be shown as Category - Template Name.
 
Note: If the box is checked but no template is selected in the drop down menu, the donor will get a generic confirmation email with the contact info they entered as well as the amount they donated. This confirmation cannot be edited. Only templates you have created in the Communications section can be edited.
