A participant is reporting that when she clicks the link to email her team, not all of her team members appear in the list. Her team has 15 members but only 2 members show up when she tries to email the team. I tested this myself and when I click the link to View Teammates, all 15 team members appear. But if I click the link to Email Team or select Teammates from her email groups, only two of her teammates come up. We upgraded our Participant Centers and that did not resolve the issue.
This happens when a participant removes team members from their address book. There is no way for the participant or an admin to reinstate the removed team members which is written up as a bug, E-67801. To have the team members reinstated, submit a case to support that includes:
