When logging in to Personal Fundraising pages on our site, constituents are unable to access summary information. When clicking the page summary button, the following message is displayed: "For privacy reasons, summary information is not yet available."
This is due to a configuration in the personal fundraising campaign. Edit the campaign and go to step 3. Define Fee and Gift Information and check options 4 and 5. If there is a number specified in option 4, such as 3 for example, then the first 3 donations for that fund will not show up in the champions fund summary page. You can adjust that number if needed, or you can enable option 5, which will disable option 4.
