When you login to the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal the status field on the account in Account Management, Disbursement Information shows as Suspended or Declined.
Please reach out to the Account Validation team at BBMSAccountValidation@blackbaud.com for further information on the requirements to activate your BBMS account. In the email please include your organization's Site ID.
Suspended indicates the account can process transactions but no money will be disbursed until validated by the Account Validations team. An account in Declined status cannot process transactions.
