Blackbaud Merchant Services account status of Suspended in Disbursement Information

When you login to the Blackbaud Merchant Services web portal  the status field on the account in Account Management, Disbursement Information shows as Suspended.
 
Please reach out to the Account Validation team at BBMSAccountValidation@blackbaud.com for further information on the requirements to activate your BBMS account. In the email please include your organization's Site ID.
