When logged in to the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal the status field on the account in Account Management > General Settings, the Disbursement Information shows as Suspended or Declined. Users may also see "Your disbursements are currently being withheld" on the home page. When attempting to edit the Disbursement Information, Users will find that they are unable to edit as the Edit button is greyed out.

Suspended indicates the account can process transactions but no money will be disbursed until validated by the Account Validations team. An account in Declined status cannot process transactions.
