The event registration form (classic) does not allow you to unrequire the address fields for registrants. The only fields you can require are first name, title and phone. If you need to do this, then we recommend using the new event registration form.

In the event registration form you can follow the steps below to not require address for registrants:
  1. Log in to NetCommunity
  2. Click Edit this page on the event registration form page
  3. Edit the event registration form
  4. Click the Edit link for the event you wish to edit in the form
  5. Click the arrow icon to expand the price option in the Registrant Options section
  6. Unmark the checkbox to include the address fields for the registrant.
    • Note: If the address field checkbox is marked as included, you cannot unmark the required checkbox.
  7. Click the Save button
  8. Click the Save button
