If you are unable to reactivate the user so the process can continue to run, or change the running user to an admin that is active it would need to be deleted and recreated by an active user. 

To find the scheduled jobs to delete in Luminate CRM navigate to Setup and search for Scheduled Jobs.  Once here there will be an option to delete the job if you have the necessary permissions.
