When I try to pull a group performance report using the Luminate default groups for state residents, I get inaccurate numbers. Such as only 1-10 recipients receiving them, when the actual number is in the thousands.
The State Resident groups are virtual groups. Which means that they are handled a little differently by Luminate Online for reporting. At this time, reports can only display results for non-Virtual groups, so these State Residents groups cannot be included in the Group Performance reports you are running.
The fact that some state resident groups are displayed on the report is actually a bug that has to do with the way the group information was written to the database for that small group of constituents. That's why the numbers were way off for the groups that are displayed - they should never have been included in the report in the first place, and only the records affected by the bug were included. (This doesn't impact any other aspect of their records, just the way they are counted in this specific report.)
When your email audience is based on virtual groups, you can run a Message report and filter by state to approximate the results of the State Resident groups.
