Users receive long loading message in every area of NetClassroom and logo does not load

After logging into NetClassroom, users receive at least a 20 second loading message, although they are able to navigate within NetClassroom even with the loading message. The 20-25 second loading message occurs when clicking on all areas of NetClassroom or after selecting any settings. The message eventually goes away after 20-25 seconds.
This can be due to the logo image that is found in Configuration>Netclassroom>Customize. Remove image and replace with a valid logo image.
