Error: PkgMgr.exe has been deprecated. Please update your scripts to use DISM.exe to install, uninstall, configure, and update features and packages for Windows - when installing Faculty Access for the Web (FAWeb)

During the installation of Faculty Access for the Web (FAWeb), you may receive the error message:  Error:  PkgMgr.exe has been deprecated. Please update your scripts to use DISM.exe to install, uninstall, configure, and update features and packages for Windows.
This error occurs due to some of the required Internet Information Services roles not being installed.  These roles must be installed prior to installing Faculty Access for the Web (FAWeb).

Please complete the following steps in order to resolve the issue:

1. Uninstall the Faculty Access for the Web (FAWeb).
2. Install the required Internet Information Services roles on the web server.
3. Reinstall the Faculty Access for the Web (FAWeb).
