 When trying opening a Pay on Arrival Sales order one may encounter the following error in Advanced Sales: The section could not be loaded. Data form could not be loaded. Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'INPUTHASH', table '13520_6b7c1f28-65c3-434e-9732-2bec391380e0.dbo.CACHEDDISCOUNTRESULTAPPLICATION'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
