1. Go to Communications > Email
  2. Hover over and click to manage the email campaign
  3. Click on the receiver query to set the receive query
  4. Expand Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  5. Click to select the correct event
  6. Select the event and click OK
  7. Select Participants and click Add
  8. Click Save to save the receiver query
  9. Proceed with the rest of the steps to complete the email
Once the email is scheduled it will be sent out to all the participants in the event specified at the time the email starts sending.
