- Click Queries
- Select a category that you want to store this query in
- Select New Query under the tasks menu
- Name the query
- Set the Starting criteria to Base/All Constituents
- Set the Data Return Type to Journal Entries
- Under MATCH select All of my Criteria
- Select Commonly Used Fields from the Available Fields drop down menu and click Journal Entry Type
- Select Pledge and Upgraded Pledge Select Dates from the Available Fields drop down menu and click Pledge Payoff Date
- Fill in the Start Date and End Date
- Click Save and Preview
