When using Safari as their browser some users report the page freezes and the template never saves. They may also receive a message stating "Please wait until the current step has completed loading before selecting another step" when trying to Save the template.
This issue occurs when the user is accessing eTapestry with the browser Safari. eTapestry is not fully compatible with Safari, so we suggest using either Firefox or Chrome instead. The function works when using either of those browsers.
