This issue is related to rights when installing applications.

Have your local IT staff log in the affected machine with an account that has Administrator rights and install the Citrix product.
Once this is installed, log out and back in as the user and it will be installed.

If the above steps to do not resolve the issue, or the account being used to install Citrix has Administrator rights, follow the steps below.

1. Open Windows Explorer
2. Rename or delete the following folder: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto
3. Right click the install file
4. choose Run as Administrator
5. Follow the prompts to complete the installation
