I've created a formula field in Luminate CRM to pull into Luminate Online, and this field is now listed in Queue Problem Management with the error "Caught Exception Setting [FIELD_NAME]". Why is this?
It is not possible to map a formula field to Luminate Online. You will need to change it to a text field in order to map it.
The error occurs because formula fields are read-only fields in Luminate CRM, so the Integration User cannot write to the field when synchronizing records between the two systems. This causes the operation to fail and the error message to populate in Queue Problem Management.
