1. Verify that the Citrix Receiver has been installed by checking the list of installed programs on the computer through the Windows Control Panel, or the Mac Application folder.
  2. Configure your browser for Blackbaud Hosting Services
  3. Restart the web browser
If your browser is displaying this message and you have the Citrix Receiver installed on your computer, you will need to reset the browser to clear the Cookies, Cache, and History to ensure previous information is not blocking the browser from detecting the Citrix Receiver. You will still be able to launch the application without issue.

NOTE: This message will occur in Google Chrome even through Citrix Receiver is installed.  This is due to how the Citrix Receiver interfaces with Google Chrome, which does not allow the web site to detect Citrix Receiver.
