- Verify that the Citrix Receiver has been installed by checking the list of installed programs on the computer through the Windows Control Panel, or the Mac Application folder.
- Configure your browser for Blackbaud Hosting Services
- Restart the web browser
NOTE: This message will occur in Google Chrome even through Citrix Receiver is installed. This is due to how the Citrix Receiver interfaces with Google Chrome, which does not allow the web site to detect Citrix Receiver.
