- Open Firefox browser
- Under TOOLS tab, click on Add-ons
- In the left column, click on Plug-ins
- Look for Citrix ICA Client (they should have version 14.1.0.0)… note the drop-down box to the right of it.
- Most likely it will have ASK-TO-ACTIVATE selected… Change this to ALWAYS-ACTIVATE.
- Exit out of Firefox browser
- Open Firefox browser and try logging into Citrix and Team Approach again
