1. Open Firefox browser
  2. Under TOOLS tab, click on Add-ons
  3. In the left column, click on Plug-ins
  4. Look for Citrix ICA Client (they should have version…  note the drop-down box to the right of it.
  5. Most likely it will have ASK-TO-ACTIVATE selected…  Change this to ALWAYS-ACTIVATE.
  6. Exit out of Firefox browser
  7. Open Firefox browser and try logging into Citrix and Team Approach again
