Follow the steps below to change the reply-to email address:
  1. Go to Email > select Email Campaigns.
  2. Click manage next to the campaign.
  3. Click edit next to the message.
  4. Go to Step 2. Envelope.
  5. Make your changes to the field in 3. Reply to Email Address, if no email address is listed, then the Sender Email Address will be used by default.
