To resolve this error, verify that the IDs for the Participation Types in Luminate Online match the Convio IDs for the Participation Types in Luminate CRM.

From Luminate Online
  1. Navigate to Fundraising > TeamRaiser.
  2. Select edit next to the TeamRaiser in question.
  3. Select Step 7. Manage Participation Types.
  4. Take note of the participation type names and their associated IDs.
From Luminate CRM
  1. Select the TeamRaiser campaign.
  2. From the TeamRaiser Participation Types section, select edit next to a participation type.
  3. Fill in the value for "Convio Participation Type ID" with the ID value from Luminate Online. Repeat these steps as neccesary for all participation types.
  4. Save your changes and rebuild the errors.
