Unable to edit a segment from a non-activated marketing effort by double-clicking the segment.

In earlier versions of CRM, segments of a non-activated marketing effort appeared as hyperlinks. Users could either click the hyperlink or double-click the segment to open the ‘Edit Segment’ window. This functionality does not exist in CRM version 4.0.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Alternative solution:
Highlight the segment, right-click, and select Edit to access the “Edit segment” window.
