The first setting, BBPSCardDataTimeToStoreInMilliseconds, is the time in milliseconds that we should wait per card when trying to tokenize.  The default is 10 milliseconds, the minimum is 0 milliseconds, and the maximum is 9999999 milliseconds.  Therefore, if you don’t have the web.config setting, we default to 10 milliseconds per card.

The second setting, BBPSCardDataMinimumWaitInMilliseconds, is the minimum number of milliseconds that we will wait when tokenizing in batch.  The default is 100 milliseconds, the minimum is 0 milliseconds, and the maximum is 9999999 milliseconds.  Therefore, if you don’t have the web.config setting, we default to 100 milliseconds per card batch.
