Receipt process doesn't process records when using the 'Formatted mail gift summary' format option and the constituents have a receipt mail preference

Constituents with a receipt mail preference are not picked up by a receipt process when it is set to use the 'Formatted mail gift summary' format option. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Workaround:  Remove the mail preferences from the constituent records in question.
