1. From within the email campaign, select the Messages tab.
  2. Select Set Up Delivery next to the approved email message.
  3. From the left hand side under Related Actions, click Select Target Audience Groups.
  4. From the Group Type column, select Built-In-Groups.
  5. Select the Any Registered User group and save your changes.
Note: You will need to make sure to configure all of your Do Not Email groups under Step B: Select Groups to Exclude from Mailing so as to avoid spamming your constituents.
