Unable to load vendor library in Aatrix forms in Blackbaud Hosting Services

When displaying tax reports or accessing tax history reports in Mail, users may find they are unable to load a vendor library in Aatrix forms when hosted by Blackbaud Hosting Services. This solution discusses the steps needed to resolve this issue.
  1. Exit and sign out of the Financial Edge
  2. Log out of hosting session(s)
  3. Log back into the hosted environment and application
  4. Return to Mail and attempt to process the report again
