More transactions appear when filtering the post process when using a query compared to posting with no filter

When posting to General Ledger in CRM several transactions appear in the post file and exception report when filtering the post with a query.  When posting wide open with no filters the list of transactions is way less.  The transactions that appear when filtering using the query are older, but still marked as Not Posted.
Unposted transactions do not appear when posting using no filters.

 We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
