Unable to download file to .xlsx format when downloading an event invite export

When an event invitation mailing is generated, users have the option to export the results of the process.  When downloading, they have the option to download to a single file, multiple files, or grouped files.  However, when downloading into a single file, the only option is to save the file as a .csv file.  This causes challenges because event mailing exports often contact ZIP codes, but leading zeros are automatically dropped from .csv files when they are opened.  Users must then re-save or re-format each file exported before using it.  

Other export download processes in Blackbaud CRM allow users to download the results into .csv or .xlsx format.  Excel files in .xlsx format do not drop leading zeros.  
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
