Event attendance may not update when canceling a constituent on a pre-registered event

 Event attendance may not update when canceling a constituent on a pre-registered event. It will still show the constituent as attending, if you marked them attending before canceling. 

 
 We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Alternative Solution:
1) Go to the "Events" tab
2) Click "Program Search" open and locate the program
3) Click "Event List"
4) Click on the event we are working on
5) Click "Registrants"
6) Click the down arrow on the registrant that is marked as canceled
7) Click "Mark"
8) Click "Mark as not canceled"
9) Click the down arrow on the same registrant that we just marked as not canceled
10) Click "Mark"
11) Click "Mark as not attended"
12) Go back to that constituent and click the down arrow
13) Click "Mark"
14) Click "Mark as canceled"
