Multiple users experience sporadic loading screen freezes

 Users are finding that when working primarily in the batch area of CRM that they sometimes receive a 'Loading' message that continues to run and never completes requiring users to shut down internet browsers to log back in.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
