Error: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime when editing a query date filter when using a language other

In many web browsers, language settings can be changed to a user's preference. Changing the language to a language other than English United States can cause the error: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime when editing a date filter in query.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
