The autoresponder for a sustaining gift is showing an old address that does not match their constituent record.
Recurring/sustaining gift Autoresponders utilize the address that the gift was originally submitted with. This address does not update automatically with a constituent address change, and it would need to be updated by:
Select the transactions tab of the constituent record.
Select to edit the transaction.
Select enter new credit card.
This will require you to enter all of the credit card information again to submit the address change however.
