The parent guardian has the same name as the applicant and the form is trying to match the parent's information to the applicant record.
  1. Click View Relationship Matches in the NetCommunity plugin window in The Education Edge
  2. Click to highlight the parent that is from the error message
  3. Click Remove Match(es) button
  4. Click OK to return to process the form
  5. Click Process Form
If the applicant has applied in the past, a similar error message may occur. There are different steps to resolve that issue.
