Order appears Fully Refunded in Query in Altru

 When querying on Refunds in a Sales Order query one may notice that an order will show as fully refunded even though the tickets on the order were not fully refunded. 
Atru looks at the order and not at the tickets in query.  If you refund every item on an order that order will be marked as fully refunded even if you didn't refund the fully amount of every item. See scenarios and explanations below:

Scenario one: 
There are 4 tickets ($25 a piece) on an order. 2 of the 4 tickets did not receive an early bird discount. You partially refund $10 on 2 of the 4 tickets. 
That order is considered Partially Refunded. It's partially refunded because only 2 of the 4 items were refunded.
 
Scenario two:
There are 4 tickets ($25 a piece). 2 people decided they cannot make it so you fully refund the amount of  2 of the 4 tickets and cancel those 2 tickets. 
This order is considered Partially Refunded. It's partially refunded because only 2 of the 4 items were refunded. 
 
Scenario three: 
There are 4 tickets ($25 a piece) on an order. 4 of the 4 tickets did not receive an early bird discount. You partially refund $10 on each ticket. 
All 4 tickets are not canceled. 
This order is considered Fully refunded because 4 or the 4 items were refunded some amount. 
 
Scenario four:
There are 4 tickets ($25 a piece) on an order. 4 of the 4 people realized they could not longer come to the program. 
All 4 tickets are fully refunded and canceled
This order is considered fully refunded because 4 of the 4 items were refunded.
