Error: Could not download transaction with ID 78": The error was: Unable to save batch row 1. Verify that the field ,<fieldID> is present in the batch template and that the value for the field is valid - when downloading a registration batch"

When using a date attribute on the BBIS registration form and a non date number is used during registration process the transaction appears in failed transaction in CRM.
 
Error message: Could not download transaction with ID "78": The error was: Unable to save batch row 1. Verify that the field CONSTITUENTATTRIBUTEAEE994A4FA9D48719E47AABA123E2C9D is present in the batch template and that the value for the field is valid.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
