At this time, the service being used to authenticate valid subscriptions for Data Enrichment Services is down. Any service that is included in this tool will not process successfully. - Services directly affected are MatchFinder, WealthPoint in Raiser's Edge, and the ability to process Finder services within the Data Health Center.
Error messages received:
- Unable to authenticate account information on the WealthPoint server. Server was unable to process request, --> Could not find file &quot;C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\oh3liibm.dll&quot;. Please verify that your account information is correct.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. Once resolved, all subscriptions will be restored to full service.
