1. Log in to the NetCommunity site
  2. Click Site Explorer > Forms
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit the Online Reenrollment form
  4. Click the Add Fields button
  5. Enter the following options for the field:
    • Map Fields to: Student
    • Field Set: Progression Entry
    • Name: Enter whatever name you would like for this field
    • Mark the Include Education Edge Data checkbox
    • Choose the current Academic year from the drop down menu
  6. Click the Save button
  7. Click the plus sign beside Student in the Available Elements box to the left of the page
  8. Click the plus sign next to the field you just created
  9. Drag and drop Grade Level to the section in the form that you would like to have it
  10. Click the Save button for the form
